Welcome to Campbell's TaeKwon-Do
|
TaeKwon-Do (also spelled Taekwon Do, Tae Kwon Do, or taekwondo, and sometimes mistakingly referred to as Korean Karate) is a modern, hard style Korean martial art whose name, roughly translated, means "foot hand way". It is the refinement of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese styles dominant throughout Korea for centuries. Its modern techniques are a result of the ancient techniques being enhanced through modern physics, biomechanics, and kinesthetic research. |
